All Emile Henry products have been proudly manufactured in Marcigny, France, since 1850, using local Burgundy clay and high-quality mineral glazes.
Is the ceramic safe for use in the oven, microwave, and freezer?
Yes, our HR Ceramic (High Resistance) is designed to withstand extreme temperature changes. It is safe for use in the oven up to 520°F (270°C), the microwave, and the freezer.
How should I clean and maintain my ceramic pieces?
Our products are dishwasher safe. For stubborn burnt-on food, we recommend soaking the dish in hot water and white vinegar before scrubbing with a non-abrasive sponge.
What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 10-year warranty on all our products against manufacturing defects when used in a normal domestic environment and according to care instructions.
How long does shipping take and what is the cost?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $100 within the contiguous United States.
What is your return policy for online orders?
